Journey begins Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel & Spa by foot through the most popular place called Pub Street then our staff proceed to share some historical story, continue the trip to Psha Chas call Old market where French colonial building are there. The Chef starts to describe the ingredient, which need to be purchased and walk through the market to allow guest through a sense of how real Cambodia market are trading these day. The process inside market will take at least 30 minutes.

Our Remork (Motobike with trailer ) is await outside market to bring you back to the Boutique where we start to do cooking, it take less than 5 minutes back to the Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel. A welcome drink will be on the door upon returning back to the Khmer Mansion with cold towel to cool down.
Then the cooking class proceed with a note be given by our Chef to each participants plus pensile to note down all ingredient, and how to pearl, how to prepare, how to clean. Chef will take a very simple first step to allow participant go along till the process of how to cook. The total process it may take at least 45 minutes to 1 hours during the training, once completed then Chief allow participant to do a real cook by them self. Once food are cooked then it will be serve at Lyta’s restaurant Upon completion of the cooking class and meal there will be a free an easy that Boutique is pleased to compliment all participants of free using Swimming then our driver will send all participant back to the hotel respectively, We are taking pride of introducing this unique Khmer Food to enhance the tourist into the sense of Khmer rich culture.
